Which Echo Barrier is right for your project?

The one thing that unites all Echo Barrier products is the superb noise abatement they achieve – but did you know our products are specialised for different projects?

From our range of barriers to covers and enclosures, we take a look at the scope of products we offer at Echo Barrier and how they can help you keep noise at bay.

Acoustic barriers

All our acoustic barriers are designed to offer high performance noise attenuation. Every item in our H-Series™ range is built to withstand the elements, be easy to install and protect your business from noise complaints and fines.

But not all barriers are built the same – with our H8™ being a perfect example. Designed for sites that need larger scale acoustic fencing, the H8™ is three times longer than our standard barriers and can be used to quickly install an extensive surround to any worksite.

Our H10™ is the best in class when it comes to noise abatement and durability. It is fully weatherproof and waterproof to IPX6/9, fire resistant to ASTM E84 and offers up to 42dB noise reduction. That makes it the perfect choice for projects in challenging environments.

We also sell other barriers outside of our H-Series™ range. That includes our TB™ products, which are designed for use in indoor environments. Both our TB6™ and TB1™ barriers are designed for use in highly reflective environments where there is a larger range of frequencies – making them the perfect choice for demolition jobs.

Our PB3™ barrier on the other hand is designed for outdoor environments to help protect pedestrians from street works. That doesn’t just help keep them safe from noise, but also dust and debris as they pass your work site.

Acoustic enclosures

Acoustic enclosures for cutting activities don’t just need to cut out the noise – they need to protect people from harmful dust, too.

That’s exactly what our CS™ Cutting Station and CS™ Compact achieve. Both are quick to install and designed to lock in the noise during cutting works, reducing noise by up to 40dB. They are also designed to allow for ample visibility and safe handling of oversize items.

What’s the difference between the two? The only thing is the size. Both offer world-leading noise reduction, with the CS™ Compact simply designed for use in tighter spaces.

Generator covers

We offer two types of generator covers at Echo Barrier, designed for generators of different sizes.

For larger generators and HVAC, our H-EX Extension™ uses our H-Series™ barriers are placed together around a fencing frame with a specially-designed roof to trap noise. This greatly increases the acoustic shadow, achieving greater noise reduction even when used with generators taller than 1.5m.

Our Mini Genset M1™ however is purpose-built for smaller generators. Utilising a light aluminium frame and Velcro attachments, this generator cover is quick and easy to deploy and stop noise pollution in its tracks.

Ready to make your choice?

As we’ve explored, all Echo Barrier products offer supreme, world-leading noise abatement – and that’s thanks to the decades of experience shared among our acoustic engineers.
